Gas Company. At the time contractors are placed on the list, they must
demonstrate that they are licensed and insured. You are free to choose other
contractors and do not have to choose a listed contractor. Bay State Gas
Company does not guarantee or warranty the work of the listed contractors. To
be included on the list, the independent contractors have pledged:
1. That when you contact them to schedule an appointment, they will return your
call within 2 days.
2. To provide you with an estimate within 7 days after your appointment with
them.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We would appreciate feedback
