Heating System
An Annual Inspection prepares your heating system to run safely and efficiently all year long. Spring and summer are usually the best times of year to have your furnace or boiler inspected in order to prepare for the heating season.
One of our qualified technicians will check all the major system components to ensure a quick and safe start up. If, following your annual inspection, there’s a problem when you start your heating system in the fall, any additional labor is free*.
If you contact us by June 30 and schedule your inspection to take place by August 31, you can save $60.00 off of our multi-point inspection regularly priced at just $180.00 per furnace or boiler. In addition, if you sign up for a Guardian Care heating system service plan or are an existing Guardian Care customer, you'll save an additional $10.
