Our rates include a Gas Supply Charge that reflects changes in the amount paid to our suppliers for the natural gas you use which is subject to seasonal adjustments in the winter and summer periods, and a Delivery Charge, which includes a Distribution Adjustment Factor that recovers charges related to the state mandated environmental and energy efficiency programs.
