Unitil Acquires Northern Utilities

Notice for Northern Utility Customers: Please continue to use this Web site for customer service while we complete upgrades to the Unitil Web site, which will serve all your customer service needs. Unitil’s Customer Information Billing System for gas customers in Maine and New Hampshire is about to “go live.” Click here to find out more.

During the transition to Unitil, you can still access your current account information and payment services online through Northern Utilities DirectLink e-Services. Unitil will notify you when your account number changes. At that time, you'll be required to re-register with "My Unitil" for access to your accounts and online bill payment.
